You may return most prints sold by TasStudios within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Prints purchased at a discounted rate cannot be refunded. Use the Contact form to let me know that you intend to return a print. I will personally reply to your request and let you know where to return the print. It may take up to 30 days for a print to reach me after you return it. Once the item is received and it is not damaged, I will refund you for a print. It may take 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Within 30 days of the shipping date, a damaged print may be replaced. Please use the Contact form to let me know that you received a damaged print. Upon proof of damage, I will send you a replacement.
